Course Cancellation Guidelines
Introduction
Welcome to our courses! We are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience and understand that in some cases you may need to cancel or reschedule your course.
To ensure a smooth cancellation or rescheduling process, we have developed the following guidelines. These guidelines cover our policies and procedures for canceling classes due to inclement weather, personal reasons, and other special circumstances.
Please read carefully so that you can take timely action when necessary.

Severe weather conditions

Weather Warning: If there is heavy rain, thunderstorm warning, amber rain or above, or typhoon signal on the day, we will notify participants 1.5 hours before the class start whether to continue or cancel the class.
If you cancel your course:
Classes cancelled due to bad weather will be rescheduled to another time and the relevant time slot will be notified later.

Cancellation due to personal reasons
Participants must notify us at least 24 hours before the course starts to cancel or reschedule, otherwise the full fee will be charged.
Rescheduling Request: If you need to reschedule, please submit your new date selection 24 hours before the course starts. We will make the change based on the available course schedule.
Force Majeure: If you are unable to provide advance notice due to special circumstances (such as sudden illness, work arrangements, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant evidence. We will handle the matter flexibly based on the specific circumstances.
